Looking for experienced graphic designers with the BABY industry experience . In the area of soft goods , bedding blankets.. that kind of product.
Need fresh new themes concepts and colors for our products.
We need some one quick with ideas and can create allover fabric prints we can build some themes from.
candidate will need to send in jpg to format at first then if designs approved will need to send in ai file repeats.

Pay is $30 an hour if we approve working together on projects.
We must see samples of your work appropriate for our industry please.

I have an existing flash .fla file. I am pretty proficient and flash but I have an anomaly appearing in my flash document that is not supposed to be there. I have licensed software for Adobe Premier and's are having trouble getting the flash animation to to work properly and I need some cleanup of the graphic content to make it look a little more professional. this should be a easy very short term job and i am willing to compensate for the training effort to figure out exactly what the nature of the problem is. This can also lead to building a relationship with my company and possible further independent contracting opportunities that may arise in the future.

Rate: $40/hr for specified short term problem sollving flash project above.

Required
2+ years of web design experience
Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
An impressive Portfolio to share with us
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Love technology and design and keep up with the latest trends
Able to work in a distributed environment with source code management such as Subversion or Git

Preferred

Familiar with marketing related design optimization such as a/b testing, calls to action, seo, and other related principles
Strong HTML and CSS experience
UI/UX design experience

Bonus

Ruby on Rails experience
Able to write captivating content (website, blog, etc.)
HTML5 and CSS3 experience
