Able to work in a distributed environment with source code management such as Subversion or Git&lt;br /&gt;

Familiar with marketing related design optimization such as a/b testing, calls to action, seo, and other related principles&lt;br /&gt;
Strong HTML and CSS experience&lt;br /&gt;
